Multidimensional, flexible, professional and comprehensive are some of the adjectives which describe Tri-Rentals' 20 years as a special Events Company in the Valley of the Sun. As a full service organization, all employees from our customer service to the linen and dish area specialize in making every client's event an outstanding success.
We have developed a start to finish service which begins with initial planning that our Speical Events Coordinators do with the client at the event site. These on-site inspections allow our salespeople to layout the party, coordinate with caterer, florist, etc.; check power requirements and determine a budget. Follow-up to this visit are computer drawings of the party, written proposals and further communication with the other vendors involved.
Our salespeople can be reached 24 hours a day through mobile phones and pagers. They are also backed by a professional Customer Service Department which has access to your order via our mainframe computer order system and can answer many questions and make changes to the order.
A large part of Tri-Rentals' success can be credited to our quality control. Before an order leaves the shop several people get involved from those in the linen and dish department who clean, sanitize and package everything before it's pulled for an order to dispatch who checks delivery loads and charts a driver's run. Carpenters, painters and welders work full-time maintaining equipment and custom building new products. Tri-Rentals feels the best way to make sure it's done right is to do it ourselves.
On-site production is handled by specialized teams of tenters, decorators or lighting specialists who are competent fast and experienced. You will see the same faces time and time again doing their best to insure a top quality event. Overseeing the project is the Special Event Coordinator who planned the event.
After the party is completed and the job is taken down you may still get another follow-up call by the salesperson making sure we met your expectations. The job is not done until the client is satisfied because we want you to be a repeat customer event after event.
Tri-Rentals has a diverse comprehensive and satisfied customer list. We create special events for conventions, corporate meetings, theme parties, trade shows and weddings - no event is too small or too large for our innovative ideas.
From our facilities in Phoenix, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tri-Rentals has worked throughout the Southwest including Las Vegas NV, San Diego, Palm Springs and Sacramento CA, Salt Lake City UT and El Paso TX; and across the nation from Oregon to Vermont and from Connecticut to Florida.
