What is Mahaffey's service area?
Primarily North America, South America & the Caribbean, but we will go anywhere in the world. What steps do you take to ensure the set-up and takedown will be on time and that things will run smoothly during the event?
We take many steps to ensure a smoothly run event. Aside from our normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT, we have a 24 hour emergency hot line, a 24 hour pager service, a national network of support personnel that are quickly available and, if needed, we provided personnel on site during your event.

What surfaces can a tent be set-up on?
Usually it's grass, asphalt or concrete; however, almost any surface is do-able -- we've even set up tents on sandy beaches and volcanic islands!

Do you have different styles and color?
We offer tents in many styles and a variety of colors. How do you figure pricing?
We do our best to work within your budget and the following criteria are factored into into our pricing: size of tent, where it will be erected, time of year, surface and style of tent.

What are your terms?
Generally 50% upon signing of the contract and balance due on set-up. Visa and Mastercard gladly accepted and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
