Specializing in the rental of party furnishings, no job is too small or too large for the Party Source. Whether it’s a coat rack for a local house gathering, or tables, chairs and linens for a huge affair, service will be prompt and reliable.

The Party Source started out in Far Rockaway in the early 1990’s. Needing larger quarters, proprietor Howard Bodner moved the establishment to Cedarhurst, to a new showroom/warehouse.

While the main part of the business is table and chair rental, the Party Source has many more items available. Tents can be rented for any size affair, even large enough for thousands of guests. Dance floors and/or astroturf are available to protect a floor or lawn. Linens, china, glassware and silverware are offered in many different lines and qualities- from everyday types to upscale. One can rent a barbecue grill, food machines like cotton candy, snowcone, pretzel or popcorn makers, ovens refrigerators, ice cream carts, hot dog carts, fryolators, donut machines, or a sterling silver samovar (those beautiful coffee urns found on Viennese tables).

Tables come in all sizes, shapes and styles, suitable for the local home, caterers or even the finest hotels in Manhattan. The Party Source is the sole rental establishment in the metropolitan area to offer the elegant Presidential Chair, which is featured in the White House, and an upholstered upgrade from the conventional bamboo Ballroom Chair (which comes in white, gold, silver, black and fruitwood).

Items are easily rentable at very short notice, from a well-stocked warehouse. Delivery and setup are available, and the Party Source’s staff will even more furniture.
